01
Business context
Vectoria is a French-language digital agency serving businesses in Morocco. The offer covers the website and the acquisition channels around it, positioned as one team instead of a build vendor plus an ads vendor.
I founded it and currently run it alongside the other ventures.
02
The problem
A business that buys a website and advertising separately usually gets a site that was never designed for the campaigns and campaigns that land on pages unable to convert.
In French-speaking markets, the same business also has to compete for visibility in search results that increasingly include AI-generated answers.
03
My responsibilities
- Founder: positioning, offer design and hands-on delivery.
- Defining the combined website-and-acquisition process.
- Running client delivery together with the other ventures I operate.
04
Constraints
- Delivery is French-first, which sets the copy standards for every page.
- Budget-conscious local businesses need a short path from enquiry to proposal.
- Advertising outcomes depend on the client's market and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
05
The solution
- Websites structured around the conversion path: landing page, proof, offer, contact.
- Paid search and social campaigns run alongside the site, with landing pages built for the campaign rather than reused from the homepage.
- SEO foundations plus content structured to be readable by both search engines and AI answer surfaces.
- An AI assistant on the site to answer initial questions and route serious enquiries to WhatsApp.
- A visible process, pricing approach and method so a prospect can qualify themselves before contacting.

Agency as one team, not two vendors
Site and campaigns are scoped together so the landing experience is designed for the traffic it will receive.
Self-qualification before contact
Method, offers and price ranges are public, which reduces mismatched enquiries and shortens sales conversations.
Visibility includes AI answers
Content is written to answer concrete questions in a way that can be quoted by AI search results, not only ranked in classic search.
07
Trade-offs
- A standardised, packaged offer keeps delivery efficient but is not suited to complex custom platforms.
- AI-assisted answers on the site reduce response load, at the cost of needing clear escalation to a human.

No product screenshot is published for this project yet. Rather than fabricate an interface, this case study stays text-led.
09
Verified outcomes and deliverables
- A public, French-language service offering with packages and a defined method.
- Combined website and acquisition delivery for local businesses.
- An on-site assistant that qualifies enquiries and routes them to WhatsApp.
No revenue, user counts, conversion rates or client metrics are published: none are verified for public use.
10
Lessons and next steps
- Publishing prices and method filters enquiries better than any form field.
- Local businesses care about calls and messages, not about the stack behind them.
Next
- Keep the packages stable so delivery quality is repeatable.
- Extend the AI-search content work with more concrete, answerable material per service.
